- Sync syncs the latest state from LinkedIn to LeadDelta (i.e. NEW connections).
- Update Update refreshes the latest data and can be either manual or automatic. Dive deeper into it here.

Extension
SocialInbox is a chrome plugin start with installing the plugin and it is compatible with any Chromium-based browser.
The Sign in/ Sign up page can be accessed once you open your SocialInbox extension.
- Sign up: Input your details - First and Last Name, email address, and create a password.
- OR
- Sign in: Use the credentials you've provided when you registered for the account.
Sync
The first time you access your SocialInbox account, initiate the sync by clicking the green sync button located at the top-right corner. Once activated, you'll see activity in the background as we retrieve the most recent list of your connections. This syncing might take up to 5 minutes, so be patient! 😀
Use the Sync button to reflect the newest changes regarding your connections – be it when you establish a new connection or choose to remove one from LinkedIn.
In the top right corner, a timestamp indicates the most recent sync.
However, merely syncing connections into SocialInbox doesn't grant you access to the detailed data of your connections, like Company, Location, and Contact info. This is where the automatic update comes into play.
